Ushoshi Syam is a design professional with a strong background in visual communication, holding a Bachelor of Design degree from Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology. Currently serving as the Head of Design at JSW Sports Pvt Ltd since May 2021, Ushoshi previously worked as a Graphic Designer for Bengaluru FC from 2017 until September 2022. Initial experience includes two graphic design internships at Ogilvy, one in April 2014 and another in May 2015. Ushoshi's educational foundation was established at Ashok Hall Girls Higher Secondary School, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2013.

Representing the core of Indian cricket, the side reached the IPL play-offs after a gap of six years in 2019.
