Kerrie Forbes

Kerrie Forbes currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Head of Government & Regulatory Affairs at JSX since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kerrie held various positions at Southwest Airlines from November 2007 to December 2023, including Managing Director, Associate General Counsel - Litigation and Operations/Regulatory, Assistant General Counsel - Employment Practices & Litigation, and Senior Attorney - Labor & Employment. Kerrie's experience also includes serving as In-House Employment Counsel at TXU from 2005 to 2007, and previously as an Associate at Jones Day from 1996 to 2003, along with a brief stint as a Summer Associate at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice PLLC in 1994. Kerrie holds a JD in Law from Wake Forest University (1993-1996) and a BA in Psychology from Southern Methodist University (1989-1993).
