Alex Duncan has over 25 years of experience in information management, technology, and service delivery within various sectors. Currently serving as the Field Engineering Manager at JT Group Limited since April 2020, Alex has also held positions including Voice & Data Engineering Manager and Service Delivery Transition Manager.
