Helene Narcy

Helene Narcy serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Services at JT Group Limited since July 2019. In addition, Helene is a Commissioner and Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Jersey Financial Services Commission since April 2024. Prior to this, Helene held several key positions at UBS from February 2009 to July 2019, including Chief Financial Officer for UBS Financial Services Inc. and Head of the Finance function for the MENA region. Helene’s earlier experience includes roles as Financial Controller at Lehman Brothers in Dubai, and Head of Group Financial Control at Avenir Telecom in France. Helene began a career as Group Manufacturing Controller at GEMALTO. Helene completed a degree at ESCP Business School and further advanced education at INSEAD in the International Directors Programme.
