Oliver Kinsey

Oliver Kinsey MAPM is an experienced programme manager currently overseeing projects within three key programmes at JT Group Limited, focusing on business demand, regulatory security, and technology improvement. Notable achievements include transitioning Jersey’s emergency call handling platform to enhance service reliability. Previous roles include Soldier in the British Army and Innovation Delivery Manager at IMS EVOLVE, where Oliver led the delivery of the world's first "Digital Sandwich." Additional experience encompasses commercial and global services management at Pilio and AB Vista, alongside roles in fire service and data analysis. Oliver holds an MSc in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Durham University and a BSc in Zoology from Swansea University.
