Richard Beaugie has amassed over two decades of experience in telecommunications, currently serving as the Head of Quality of Experience for JT Group Limited since March 2013, where responsibility includes overseeing customer experience delivery. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions including Head of Operations and Head of Gigabit, managing the comprehensive implementation of fibre optic technologies in Jersey, as well as leading customer operations during the fibre switchover programme. Richard's career at Jersey Telecom spanned from January 2000 to March 2013, where positions included Head of Service Operations and Core Network Manager, further solidifying expertise in service and network management.
