Kailie Pillard

Kailie Pillard (West) is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with a diverse background in program coordination and leadership development. Currently serving as a Marketing Coordinator at JTB Homes since March 2024, Kailie has also held various roles at DTL Enterprises, LLC as a Marketing Partner since August 2015, and at RDV Corporation where Kailie worked as a Communications Manager and Program Coordinator from May 2017 to February 2024. Previous experience includes positions at the Gerald R. Ford Foundation, Aquinas College, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, showcasing a strong focus on community engagement and youth development. Kailie's educational foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Community Leadership and Communication from Aquinas College.
