Martin Fotheringham

Chief Financial Officer at JTC Group

Martin joined JTC in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the financial strategy, planning and forecasting for the Group. His role also ensures that all financial management information and reporting is in line with the strategic and operational objectives of the business.

In March 2018, working with Chief Executive Officer Nigel Le Quesne, Martin managed the successful listing of JTC PLC to the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Martin started his career with BDO Binder Hamlyn qualifying as a chartered accountant. He subsequently worked with Deloitte, PwC, The Thomson Corporation and Bureau Veritas before taking the role of Group CFO for Moody International, a private equity backed technical inspection business. He spent eight years at Moody helping to see the business through two buyouts and a trade sale.
