Ereka Rodriguez

Ereka Rodriguez, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as the HR Talent & Development Business Partner at JTEKT Column Systems NA since January 2022, Ereka excels in leadership training and quality assurance auditing. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at LG Electronics North America, where Ereka facilitated middle management meetings and collaborated with the Global Labor Relations team, and HR, Training and Safety Manager at Nobel Automotive, where strategic pandemic management resulted in significant cost savings.
