Michael Defer

Michael Defer is currently serving as the President and CEO at JTEKT Machinery Americas Corporation since January 2022. Prior to this, he held the position of President at ALFING Corporation from January 2020 to January 2022. He has also worked as an Executive Vice President and Vice President of Sales at Chiron America, Inc. from July 2016 to January 2020. With a background in sales and account management, Michael has held positions such as Director of Sales at Heller Machine Tools, and Account Executive at MAG / Ex-Cell-O.
