Joshua Jones is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing technologies, particularly in metal forming and process development. Since January 2013, Joshua has served as Manager of Special Processes in Production Engineering Development at JTEKT North America Corporation, where responsibilities include advancing manufacturing technology, leading innovation projects, and managing engineering teams. Prior roles at JTEKT included Metal Forming Supervisor and Principal Process Development Engineer, focusing on enhancing metal forming capabilities and supporting global manufacturing initiatives. Joshua's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Automotive Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, along with research experience in Electrically-Assisted Forming.
