François-Xavier Paing

François-Xavier PAING has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. François-Xavier currently serves as the Europe CFO for JTEKT European Operations, overseeing two business units with a total revenue of 1.5 billion euros and a workforce of 6,500. François-Xavier has previous experience as the Director of Finance at GPIS and the Finance Director at YOKOGAWA. François-Xavier has also held interim CFO positions at Chateaud'eau/Eden group/Cott corp. and REYDEL AUTOMOTIVE, as well as an interim Head of Finance role at REYDEL AUTOMOTIVE. François-Xavier has international experience as the Asia Interim CFO/DAF de transition finances at Reydel Automotive, where they managed business unit controllers across six plants in multiple Asian countries. François-Xavier has also worked as a Financial Controller EMEA at Federal-Mogul Corporation and held interim management positions at Wunderman and RE:SOURCES. François-Xavier started their career as the CFO at Brink's Morocco.

François-Xavier PAING completed their MBA in Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 1982 to 1986. François-Xavier also pursued specializations in Interim Management and obtained a Certificate in Management de Transition from Audencia in 2017-2018.
