Jean-Philippe Guillon

Jean-Philippe Guillon has a vast and diverse work experience. Jean-Philippe currently serves as the Product Line Director at JTEKT European Operations since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of President at JTEKT Automotive Morocco from January 2022 to September 2022, where they successfully implemented changes in the factory layout and organization, aiming to double the business and turnover.

Jean-Philippe has also held various positions at JTEKT European Operations, starting in 2001. Their roles included General Manager/Engineering Acquisitions & Projects Department from April 2017 to December 2021, Global Key Account General Manager from April 2013 to March 2017, and Program Manager from November 2006 to March 2013. Additionally, they served as the Purchasing Manager from September 2004 to November 2006, and as a Component Purchaser from June 2001 to September 2004.

Before joining JTEKT European Operations, Jean-Philippe worked at Valeo Engine and Electrical Systems as a Component Purchaser from February 2000 to June 2001. Prior to that, they worked at General Motors, where they held the positions of Supplier Quality Engineer from September 1998 to February 2000, and Component and Project Purchaser from August 1995 to September 1998.

Jean-Philippe GUILLON attended ESSCA from 1993 to 1994, where they obtained a DESS degree. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1993, they studied at ISTIA - Institut des Sciences et Techniques de l'Ingénieur d'Angers, focusing on Quality and Reliability Engineering.
