Pavel Lacina

Pavel Lacina is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as General Manager of Quality Management Europe at JTEKT European Operations since September 2017, Pavel oversees quality management for 13 plants across Europe, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS 9100 standards while leading multicultural teams. Prior to this role, Pavel was Supplier Quality Manager Europe at Koyo Bearings, where responsibilities included managing supplier quality processes and overseeing new projects. Additionally, Pavel gained valuable experience as Supplier Quality Assurance at Magneti Marelli - Automotive Lighting, focusing on supplier development and quality issue resolution. Pavel holds Master's degrees from Brno University of Technology in both Electrical Engineering and Communication and Business and Management.
