Elspeth Greer

Elspeth Greer has held various roles in the business and nonprofit sectors since 2006. Elspeth began their career at VluchtelingenWerk Nederland as a Project Coordinator/Events Manager in 2006. In 2008, they joined the Redeem Foundation as a Project Coordinator, where they designed a women's entrepreneurial skills program. Elspeth also held a role as an Americorps Vista at the Good Shepherd Center for Conflict Resolution and Community Mediation, where they designed and led 50 training programs in conflict resolution for at-risk youth. In 2011, they joined the U.S. Department of State as a Political and Economic Affairs Intern, providing analytic reporting on political and economic issues in the U.S.-Dutch bilateral relationship. In 2012, they worked at IBO as an Administrative Assistant, coordinating international recruitment processes for a global education organization. Since 2013, Elspeth has held various roles at JTG, Inc., including Director of Business Development, Business Development Manager, Capture Manager, Business Development & Marketing Specialist, and Project Manager - Language Division.

Elspeth Greer obtained a Masters Certificate in Conflict Analyses and Intervention from the School for International Training in 2013, after completing coursework in International Relations at the University of Amsterdam in 2012. In 2008, they attended a Summer Program in Conflict Transformation at the School for International Training. From 2004 to 2007, they obtained a BA Liberal Arts and Sciences from Utrecht University, with a focus on Social Geography, Political Science, and Cultural Anthropology. Greer has also obtained certifications from Shipley Associates: We Help Companies Win Business, the Good Shepherd Mediation Program, Seva Network Foundation, and the SIT Graduate Institute.
