Kaela G.

Kaela G. is a Controls Specialist at JTH Lighting Alliance since December 2022, with a robust background in the lighting and building control systems industry. Previously, Kaela worked at Legrand, North America for three years, serving as Agency Experience Supervisor, where advocacy for 12 agency partners and collaboration across various teams to address customer escalations were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Kaela held positions as Applications Engineer II and Applications Engineer I at Legrand and Texas Lighting, respectively, focusing on project design, programming for control systems, and ensuring compliance in lighting control systems for large commercial buildings. Kaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University.
