Daniela Argirova possesses over two decades of extensive experience in human resources and people development, currently serving as the People & Culture VP for R&D, QA, P&C, and CS at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since August 1999. Daniela has held various leadership roles at JTI, including Regional HR VP for the Americas and HR Director for R&D and Global Functions. Prior to JTI, Daniela worked at RJR from February 1992 to August 1999 in roles focused on training, development, and sales within the East & Central Europe region. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of West London, earned between 1997 and 2000.
