Elizaveta Negreeva

Elizaveta Negreeva is a seasoned professional in the field of People & Culture, currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since October 2019, following a temporary assignment. Prior roles at JTI included People & Culture Project Manager for the CzHuSk cluster and People & Culture Administration Specialist, where Elizaveta drove employee engagement initiatives, developed and maintained a wellbeing program, and supported Agile methodologies within non-tech teams. Elizaveta also has experience as an English teacher and has contributed to various conferences focused on Roma policies and gender issues. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Organizational Development from Masaryk University Brno and a Bachelor's degree in International Area Studies from Charles University.
