Emily Baker

Emily Baker serves as the Vice President of Digital & IT at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since 2023. Previously, Emily held the position of Global Head of Digital DNA at BAT from 2021 to 2022. With a long tenure at The HEINEKEN Company from 1997 to 2020, Emily progressed through various roles including Global Technology & Transformation Director, Global Technology & Transformation Manager, and Senior Manager of Global Commerce Technology, along with other commercial positions. Emily's educational background includes a degree in Leading Digital Transformation from IMD (2018-2019), a B.Comm International (German) from University College Dublin (1992-1996), and studies in BWL at Universität des Saarlandes (1994-1995).
