Pedro Alguacil is a seasoned professional in Digital and IT Finance with extensive experience at JTI since March 2006, currently serving as the Vice President for Digital & IT Finance, GBS, and Sustainability. Notable achievements include leading the Ploom Digital Ecosystem Technology team to launch an innovative eCommerce platform across 20 markets, migrating sales force automation tools to cloud and mobile solutions, and overseeing critical digital projects such as the CRM cloud transition and Business Intelligence transformation in the Asia-Pacific region. Previous roles at Accenture and other companies demonstrate a robust background in customer relationship management and technology implementation.
