Galina Lesnikova

Galina Lesnikova is an experienced professional with a diverse background in change management and organizational development. Currently serving as the IT Global Change Management Expert Manager at JTI since March 2019, Galina supports complex projects that intersect business and IT within the Digital and IT Function. Previous roles include Chief Organizational Development Specialist at Northern Capital Gateway LLC, where responsibilities encompassed headcount planning and HR forecasting, and various positions at JTI, focusing on HR metrics, application development, and user training.
