H. Bora Balkis

H. Bora Balkis has extensive experience in information technology leadership at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since January 1999, currently serving as Head of Global Manufacturing IT. Prior roles include Head of Regional Manufacturing IT for various regions, BTS Global Leaf Function and Origins IT Director, and several other strategic positions involving supply chain, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. H. Bora Balkis has a strong educational background, holding Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering from Ege University, and pursuing further education at Hult Ashridge and IMD. Previous work experience includes roles at Vestel, Akzo Nobel Coatings, and Egebank.
