Irina Malyutina

Irina Malyutina is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Business Solutions Analyst and previously as an Information Technology Application Analyst at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since November 2020. Responsibilities include supporting MS PowerApps and SQL-based web applications, organizing development processes, facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders, and creating technical documentation. Prior to this, Irina worked as an IT Service Desk Analyst, leading internal processes, resolving complex incidents, and mentoring newcomers. Additionally, Irina holds experience as a Business System Analyst at Unilever and as the Education Department Manager at the Orange Language Centre, where coordination of teachers and client management were key responsibilities. Irina earned a Bachelor's degree in Regional Studies from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics.
