Martin Ternheim

Martin Ternheim is currently the People & Culture Director for Scandinavia at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Martin accumulated extensive experience in various HR roles, including Global HR Director at Starbreeze Studios from 2019 to 2023 and HR Manager at Telenor from 2017 to 2019. Martin's career also includes positions as an HR Consultant at EY and HR Manager at Teracom AB, among others. They hold a Master’s degree in International HRM from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor’s degree in HRM from Unitec New Zealand.
