Mateusz Grzesiak

Mateusz Grzesiak is a Process Improvement Engineer at Japan Tobacco International since November 2022, responsible for factory Tobacco Yield, managing savings projects, and coordinating factory Capex budgets. Mateusz also serves as a Divemaster and First Aid instructor at Seaquest and has extensive experience in marketing and management from the Lodz Solar Team, where roles included Marketing Department Manager and mentor. Previous positions include a manufacturing internship at Procter & Gamble and a Supply Quality Controller at Whirlpool Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Management and Production Engineering from Lodz University of Technology.
