Olga Paprocka

Olga Paprocka has extensive experience in talent attraction and recruitment, currently serving as the Centre Process Manager for Talent Attraction within Global Business Services at JTI since July 2020. Prior to this role, Olga worked as a Talent Advisor at JTI, managing recruiting processes for various markets. Previous experiences include positions at Hays as a Consultant and Associate Consultant, where relationship building with students and managing recruitment projects were key responsibilities. Olga's earlier roles include Marketing Manager at KF Niccolum, Project Manager at PelviFly, and various project and quality management positions. Olga holds multiple degrees in International Business, Commodity Science, and Economics from Poznan University of Economics and Business, complemented by studies at Nottingham Trent University.
