Pamela Luciana Martinelli

Pamela Luciana Martinelli is a seasoned professional in psychology and human resources, currently serving as a People and Culture Associate at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since August 2022, after working as a consultant in the same field. Prior to JTI, Martinelli was self-employed as an IT recruitment specialist, focusing on headhunting, database management, and candidate tracking from December 2021 to August 2022.
