Roman Bielecki

Roman Bielecki is an experienced security professional with a robust career spanning over 18 years in various roles related to security and loss prevention. Currently serving as Regional Security Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since July 2020, Roman has previously held significant positions such as District Loss Prevention Manager at TJX Europe, Country Security Manager at Dell, and Regional Managing Director at Seris Konsalnet. Early career experience includes roles as Security Supervisor and Mobile Patrols Supervisor at Solid Security, as well as Inspector of the Administration Team at the Police Headquarters.
