Saad Saeed

Saad Saeed is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Legal Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since September 2023, Saad has previously held pivotal positions including Legal Counsel at VPS Healthcare, where responsibilities included structuring M&A transactions and negotiating significant government contracts. Prior to that, Saad worked as a Legal Manager at National Reference Laboratory, overseeing complex corporate agreements and compliance issues within the UAE. Saad's career also includes internships at notable firms and organizations such as A Rohim Noor Lila and Partners and Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission, where valuable skills in legal drafting, research, and report preparation were developed. Saad holds a Master’s Degree from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s Degree from Jamia Millia Islamia.
