Saleh al-Smadi

Saleh Al-Smadi is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and process optimization, currently serving as the D&IT Business Solutions Manager at JTI since August 2025. In this role, Saleh drives the alignment of IT capabilities with business priorities, focusing on enhancing solutions in Salesforce automation, ERP systems, data analytics, and digital platforms. Prior experience includes serving as the Process & Performance Optimization Lead at APG eCommerce Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing internal processes across Finance and Operations, and developing actionable KPIs. Earlier experience as the Business Solution Lead at Oishi Mochi involved evaluating business processes and implementing strategic improvements. Saleh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jordan, completed in 2019.
