Szymon Semper

Szymon Semper is a seasoned consultant and change manager currently serving as the Digital & IT Change Management Partner Manager at JTI, where they lead strategies for managing business changes and ensuring user adoption of digital solutions. Prior to this role, Szymon held various positions including Change Management Senior Consultant at JLL and Business Transformation Analyst at Capgemini. Szymon's leadership experience also extends to their role as Vice-President of the Erasmus Student Network Poland and an HR Advisory Intern at Shell. They are pursuing multiple master's degrees at Università LUMSA and Jagiellonian University, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology.
