Trevor Hay

Trevor Hay is an accomplished legal operations and compliance professional with a diverse background in managing regulatory compliance and legal documentation. Currently serving as a Legal Operations & Compliance Associate at JTI since April 2025, Trevor oversees the filing process for compliance with multiple regulatory requirements, including the Master Settlement Agreement and various tobacco control laws. Prior to this role, Trevor was a Legal Operations Coordinator at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and spent four years as a Legal & Risk Management Coordinator at Extended Stay America, where coordination with c-suite executives was a key responsibility. Early career experience includes working as a Legal Executive Assistant at The Corneal Law Firm, where Trevor managed the activities of multiple attorneys. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University.
