Xavier Lubino

Xavier Lubino serves as the Reduced-Risk Products – R&D Product Development Vice President at Japan Tobacco International (JTI), leading global product development teams in the reduced-risk product categories since October 2011. Prior roles at JTI include Vice President positions in R&D Strategy & Innovation, Product Portfolio & Technology, and Business Lead & Commercial, overseeing the strategy, innovation, and commercial management of products like e-cigarettes and heated tobacco. Before JTI, Xavier Lubino worked at BP in various managerial roles, including Business Development Manager and M&A Manager, focusing on acquisitions and supply strategy. Xavier Lubino holds master's degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and General Engineering from CentraleSupélec, complemented by executive education from London Business School and the University of Chicago.
