Yudi Rizkiadi

Yudi Rizkiadi is an experienced professional in organizational development and people management, currently serving as the People & Culture Director at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since December 2018. Yudi has held various leadership roles within JTI, including the Head of Organization Development, Culture, and Total Rewards, where responsibility included advancing strategic business goals through effective culture integration programs. Prior experience encompasses significant positions at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, PT. Trakindo Utama, Bank Commonwealth, and Accenture, showcasing a strong background in change management, organization design, and employee engagement. Yudi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from Institut Teknologi Bandung, a certification in Ontological Coaching from Newfield Asia, and further education from ESMT Berlin.
