Catherine Watt

Catherine Watt is the HR and Employee Relations Director at ECA - Excellence in Electrotechnical and Engineering Services, where they currently lead employee relations. They served as Head of Employee Relations at ECA from 2021 to 2025 and held the role of Senior Employee Relations Manager at Imperial College London from 2019 to 2021. Previously, Catherine worked as a People Management Advisor at Transport for London from 2006 to 2019, and as a Business Adviser in HR for Business Link for London from 2001 to 2006. Catherine is a Chartered member (MCIPD) and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at the University of Liverpool. Additionally, they serve on the board of both The Joint Industry Board for the Electrical Contracting Industry and JTL.
