Jenni Willows

Jenni Willows is the Director of Management Consulting at JTS Consulting, where they focus on people transformation and change management. With extensive experience in change management for major SAP S/4 HANA and other platform-enabled transformations, Jenni employs a dual approach to ensure organizational readiness and drive business value. They previously served as a Senior Manager in People Advisory Services at EY and managed projects at the Land Bank in South Africa. Jenni holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Wits Business School, earned in 2013, and completed a change management internship at Resolve Consulting in 2012.
