Head of Partner Success at Jubelio

Rio Noerdillah has a diverse work experience spanning over eight years. They started their career as a Technical Support Helpdesk at PT. Indopay Merchant Services in 2013. Following this, they joined TOG Indonesia and held the role of Customer Support Lead from 2015 to 2017. At TOG Indonesia, Rio also worked on the Cash Management Implementation Project. In 2017, Rio took on the position of Technical Account Manager at MonsterAR. They then moved on to Moka in 2018, initially serving as a Senior Merchant Priority Support and later transitioning into the role of a Merchant Experience & Engagement Trainer until 2020. Rio's most recent employment is at Jubelio, where they worked as a Technical Consultant & Onboarding Manager from March 2020 to July 2021, after which they were promoted to the position of Head of Partner Success. During their time at Jubelio, Rio was responsible for developing and planning improvements for the onboarding process and creating KPIs for the onboarding team based on company objectives. They also contributed to the development of the customer success team's strategy for prevention and retention.

Rio Noerdillah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Visual Art and Communications from Universitas Mercu Buana, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, in May 2021, Rio Noerdillah obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Anexas Europe.
