Deepti Gupta is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Administration at Jubilant FoodWorks. Deepti has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and has previously worked as the HR Head for Network Services Group at Bharti Airtel Limited, HR Head Global Shared Services at Bharti Airtel Limited, and DGM- Business Partner Consumer business at Bharti Airtel Limited. Deepti also worked as a Senior Consultant at Mercer from March 2005 to June 2012 and as a summer trainee at Grow Talent from January 2004 to December 2004.

Deepti Gupta has an MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon in HR and Marketing. Deepti also has a Certified Advanced Hogan Certification and a Certified Life and Leadership Coach Program.
