Felix Roman

Felix Roman is an experienced microbiology professional with a comprehensive background in laboratory management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Microbiology Manager at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd since March 2015, Felix oversees laboratory operations, including sterility testing, media preparation, and equipment validation, while managing a team of 22 employees. Prior roles include Senior QC Manager at Allergan, where responsibilities encompassed multiple facets of quality control and microbiological processes, as well as Laboratory Manager at Scienza Labs, where Felix successfully managed laboratory start-up and FDA inspections. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
