Viorel Buculei

Viorel Buculei, M.Sc, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Viorel currently holds the position of Associate Director Quality at Jubilant Radiopharma, a role they began in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bausch Health Companies Inc. as a Senior Manager, Quality from August 2013 to February 2023.

Before joining Bausch Health Companies Inc., Viorel had a long tenure at Valeant Pharmaceuticals starting from November 2006. During this time, they held various roles including QC Manager, Quality Control Supervisor, Quality Control Coordinator, Validation Specialist, and Quality Control Technician.

Viorel Buculei, M.Sc, MBA has a strong educational background in both chemistry and business administration. Viorel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Bucharest in 2000. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2000 to 2002. In terms of their business education, Viorel completed two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees. One was from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and the other was from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), both obtained from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Viorel holds a certification as a Member of the Order of Quebec Chemists obtained in 2005 from the Order of Quebec Chemists.
