Dominique Clark

Dominique Clark is an experienced professional in the field of human services and advocacy, currently serving as the Person Centered Planning Manager at the Jubilee Association of Maryland since September 2017, where responsibilities include conducting client interviews using the Personal Outcome Measure tool, crafting client narratives for state benefits, and supervising a team. Prior roles include Program Services Administrator and Benefits and Admissions Manager at the same organization, where advocacy for federal and state social services was a key focus.
