Milan Bhalala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth, operations, and customer success across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Growth/Operations at JubileeTV since April 2018, Milan has also been a Partner at SAMMI Ventures since May 2010. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations/Customer Success at Suitable Technologies, where significant achievements included building international supply chains and reducing manufacturing touch-times by over 40%. Milan's career includes strategic consulting with prominent clients such as Delta Airlines and NASA at Realization Technologies, as well as leadership positions at Applied Materials and Camstar Systems, contributing to key acquisitions and enhancements in operational efficiencies. Milan holds an MBA in Operations and Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

OUR ORIGIN In 2015, we set out with a simple yet revolutionary goal: make TV easy for everyone. Fast forward to 2018, and our first product—the Caavo Control Center HDMI Hub and smart remote—hit the market and captured hearts. Heck, Time magazine even called it one of the "Best Gadgets!" INTRODUCING JUBILEETV: CARE FROM ANYWHERE Then came Covid-19. The pandemic brought into sharp focus a critical and often neglected issue—the social isolation of our aging seniors and the need for better support systems. We recognized an opportunity to use TV, already an integral part of older adults’ lives, to provide remote care and connection. Thus, JubileeTV, our flagship product for families with older loved ones, was born. JubileeTV helps families support their aging loved ones to keep them safe, happy, and well, regardless of distance. Now our resolve is stronger than ever. We are dedicated to improving the lives of both families and seniors by promoting their independence and keeping them connected. The mission shift exemplifies Caavo's agility and our commitment to using technology to help address pressing social challenges.
