Elin Ødegård

Elin Malveholm is an experienced professional in the field of offshore safety, currently serving as the Leader Offshore Safety at Equinor since April 2016, where responsibilities include advising on safety in various operations and projects. Elin has held multiple positions at Statoil, including Senior Engineer Operations and Project Leader on initiatives aimed at extending the life of offshore installations and optimizing operations. Contributions also include roles such as Management Advisor and Chairman of the Young in Statoil Bergen network. With an educational background that includes an M.B.A. and a B.B.A. from Lund University, along with additional studies at Malmö University and the University of Cambridge, Elin combines extensive operational experience with strong academic credentials.
