Bonnie Ciccarella

Bonnie Ciccarella is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and previously as the Human Resources Manager at The Judge Group since May 1995, Bonnie oversees HR services for over 3,500 corporate employees and contract workers across 26 locations in the U.S. and Canada. With prior experience as a Human Resources Supervisor and Administrative Assistant in HR, Bonnie has demonstrated expertise in managing employee services, benefits, payroll processing, and corporate communications. Earlier career roles include serving as an Administrative Secretary at the Space Telescope Science Institute and as a Head Teacher for a Pre-K program. Bonnie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
