David Armstrong

David Armstrong has extensive experience in information technology and leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Information Officer and CISO at The Judge Group since January 2012. Prior roles include Chief Information Officer, Director of Information Technology, and Network Infrastructure Manager at PEI Genesis from October 1992 to November 2011, where responsibilities included introducing emerging technologies and overseeing IT accountability. Armstrong began their career as a Senior Network Engineer, focusing on transforming legacy systems into a modern TCP/IP-based infrastructure. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Chemistry from the College of Technology in Dublin and a Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.
