Justin F. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and talent solutions industry, currently serving as Managing Director for The Judge Group since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and sales growth in the Southern California markets of Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. Justin has received multiple Chairman's Club Awards from 2022 to 2024 and has held various leadership roles, including Branch Director, where duties involved training teams and managing business development. Prior to joining The Judge Group, Justin worked as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter at Insight Global, achieving recognition as a Sales Contest Winner in 2016 and 2017. Justin's earlier career included professional baseball experience with the San Francisco Giants and Arizona Diamondbacks, as well as an internship with UC Davis Baseball. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
