Rob Girling

Rob Girling began their work experience as a Sales Representative at Penn Distributors in 2012, where they covered a territory in southern Chester county, selling Anhueser Busch portfolio and craft beers. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the General Manager at The BeerMill of Chester County, overseeing day-to-day operations and maximizing profits. In 2014, they moved on to become an Account Executive at Electronic Merchant Systems. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at The Judge Group, starting as a Technical Recruiter and eventually becoming the Vice President of Recruiting. In their role, they managed a team, led meetings, and mentored and trained team members.

Rob Girling received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2011. Before that, they attended Lycoming College from 2004 to 2005. Rob also completed their high school education at Radnor High School.
