Jeff DeModna

Jeff DeModna is the VP of Recruiting Services at ExtensisHR. Prior to joining ExtensisHR, Jeff was the Recruitment Team Lead at Talenya from January 2018 to August 2018. In this role, Jeff led a team of 20+ recruiters across the country in efforts to hire for hard to fill tech, sales, marketing, accounting, finance and other roles. Jeff was also the main point of contact for all Client Relations, including sales, process, candidate profile, etc. During their time at Talenya, Jeff onboarded 40+ new clients, including Radian Group, Silicon Valley Bank & Lyft.

Prior to Talenya, Jeff was a Field Sales Recruiter / Team Lead at PCM from February 2017 to January 2018. In this role, Jeff was responsible for pre & post sales support, including technical issues, new hire onboarding and service upselling.

Before PCM, Jeff spent 11 years as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior HR Recruiter/ Team Lead at SHI International Corp. In this role, Jeff was responsible for all full-cycle recruiting efforts for various departments within SHI. Jeff was also responsible for leading and developing a team of recruiters and coordinators.

Jeff DeModna received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Kean University.

Jeff DeModna reports to Blake Morris, CEO. They work with Steve Malone - VP, Marketing, Dan Sheridan - President & Chief Revenue Officer, and Jeannine Johnson - VP, Product Management & Payroll Services.
