Shane McGinley

Shane McGinley has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Shane started their career in 2001 at Tel-Comp Solutions, where they worked in Marketing/Advertising, overseeing online marketing activities. In 2006, they became the Managing Member of Mini Backboards LLC, a role they held until 2015. Since 2016, Shane has been working at The Judge Group, initially as a Technical Recruiter and currently as the Vice President of Recruiting. In their role as a Technical Recruiter, they were responsible for assessing hiring needs, reaching out to candidates, and evaluating talent for technical skills and cultural fit. Shane also reported and managed key recruiting metrics. Shane's experience showcases their expertise in recruitment, marketing, and business management.
