Zachary Silver has over 10 years of work experience. Zachary currently works at The Judge Group as a Recruiting Lead for Financial Services. Zachary also used various techniques and tools to source and attract exceptional talent. Before Twilio, Zachary worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Open Systems Technologies, where they were responsible for identifying and placing candidates in technology, finance, operations, government services, and project management roles. Zachary also evaluated candidates' strengths and conducted interviews. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Meridian Technologies, where they developed national sourcing and recruiting strategies. Earlier in their career, Zachary gained experience working in various roles such as a Global Development Office Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Bellhop at Bellhop, a Server & Host at Old Chicago Restaurants, a Brand Strategy & Marketing Analytics Intern at Packback, an Office Clerk at Lowes Foods, and a Customer Service Representative at Lowes Foods.

Zachary Silver completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Global Studies and Geography as a double major at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their high school degree from Western Guilford High School from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they hold a certification in Java for Recruiters from The Judge Group, obtained in the year 2023.
